The grants to encourage the stable incorporation of doctors are intended to boost the offer of permanent jobs in universities and non-profit R&D centers in order to stimulate their occupation by researchers who have an outstanding scientific-technological trajectory. These grants are born with the purpose of giving continuity to the objectives of the Program of Incentive of the Incorporation and Intensification of the Research Activity (Program I3) and converge, in the future, with the aid for the creation of permanent jobs, contemplated within the grants for Ramón y Cajal contracts as of its 2012 call.
a) Public universities, their departments and university institutes, and private universities with demonstrated capacity and activity in R + D + I, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, registered in the Registry of Universities, Centers and Degrees, created by Royal Decree 1509/2008, of September 12, which regulates the Registry of Universities, Centers and Degrees, with the exception of state-owned universities.
b) Public R&D centers. Public bodies and centers with their own legal personality dependent on or linked to the territorial public administrations and their agencies, or mostly invested by such administrations, whatever their legal form, that carry out R&D activities and generate scientific or technological knowledge.
c) Private non-profit entities that carry out R&D activities and generate scientific or technological knowledge.
d) State-level Technology Centers that are registered, on the date of submission of the application, in the register of centers created by Royal Decree 2093/2008, of December 19, which regulates the Technology Centers and Centers of Support to the Technological Innovation of state scope and the Registry of such Centers is created.
