Privacy and data protection policy
This legal notice applies to the pages of the web portals and electronic sites owned by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities acts as the data controller with regards to the processing of personal data relating to users of its services. The data provided by the data subject will be used exclusively for the purposes foreseen in each procedure or action.
The current regulations in the field of personal data protection consist of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD). In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, the Ministry will guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data processed. To this end, it will adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures.
Collection of personal data
In order to exercise the powers attributed to it and to provide services to citizens, the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities may collect and process personal data.
The Ministry will inform about the personal data it collects directly from the data subject at the time of collection. The information provided shall specify the purpose, the legal basis of the processing, the rights that the data subject may exercise, the identity of the data controller regarding the processing and the contact details of the data protection officer. You may consult additional information in the Register of Processing Activities, which is the document that contains all the personal data processing activities carried out by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
Aplicación móvil QEDU
La aplicación móvil QEDU no realiza tratamientos de datos de carácter personal. Solo recoge datos del tipo de dispositivo usado (resolución de pantalla, sistema operativo y versión, modelo y proveedor) y de navegación entre pantallas (no se registra su contenido). Esta información es anónima y se usará para mejorar el funcionamiento de la aplicación móvil.
Esta información no se comparte con terceros.
La aplicación móvil QEDU no incluye publicidad.
Habiendo sido informado/a del tratamiento del que van a ser objeto mis datos personales, doy libremente mi consentimiento a dicho tratamiento.
