The call for projects “Europe Excellence” aims to improve the success of the Spanish participation in the calls for proposals of the European Research Council (ERC), in its modalities “Starting Grants”, “Consolidator Grants” and “Advanced Grants”, framed in Pillar 1 “Excellent Science” of the European Union Horizon Europe Research Framework Programme.
These are scientific-technical research projects related to the objectives of the proposals submitted and evaluated positively and considered eligible by the ERC, but which for budgetary reasons have not been able to be finally financed by the ERC.
