Premios Nacionales de Fin de Carrera de Educación Universitaria finalización cursos 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 y 2024-2025

The National End-of-Career Awards for University Education aim to encourage and recognize academic performance and excellence among university students who have completed their studies in Spanish university centers.

In this call we proceed to call the editions of National End of Career Awards corresponding to the completion of studies in the academic courses 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. The participation will take place independently in each of these academic courses.

NUMBER

For each of the five editions the following:

• 6 awards in the Arts and Humanities Branch.

• 14 awards in the Branch of Social and Legal Sciences.

• 11 awards in the Health Sciences Branch.

• 8 awards in the Science Branch.

• 14 awards in the Engineering and Architecture Branch.

ENDOWMENT

Each of the prizes is endowed with 5000,00 euros.

In each of the editions, it will be necessary to have completed the studies leading to an official university degree of Degree in a Spanish university center in the corresponding academic year.

Requirements:

• Have completed Bachelor’s Degree studies in a Spanish university center in one of the courses indicated in the call for applications.
• Have obtained in the academic record corresponding to these studies a minimum average grade, as specified in the call for applications.
• To be proposed as a candidate for a Branch and Group by the university where he/she completed his/her Degree studies.
• The candidate persons must comply with the requirements established in art. 13 of Law 38/2003.

Resolution of July 7, 2026 of the State Secretariat of Science, Innovation and Universities by which the editions of National End of Career Awards of University Education are convened for those who have completed the studies in the academic courses 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.

• The candidacies will be presented by the Spanish universities in which studies leading to an official university degree of Degree will be concluded in the academic courses 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, and 2024-2025.

• Each university must provide a contact person who will act as a representative in the procedure. A tal efecto, deberá cumplimentarse el modelo recogido en el Anexo II de esta convocatoria.

• The application must be completed by the contact person that each university designates as representative in the procedure.

• For each candidacy, you must submit an application through the electronic office. The representative will be able to identify himself with electronic certificate/ID as with user and key. The data collected in Annex I of the call will be provided through the form that will be available after accessing this Electronic Office.

• Each university must present, for each of the previous academic courses, a candidate for each of the groups of degrees listed in Annex III of this call. If a university does not have candidates in a particular group who meet the requirements set out in the third subparagraph, it shall not submit any candidacy to that group.

• The university must have, prior to the presentation of the candidacy, the express authorization of the candidate person so that the personal data of the candidate can be used for the purposes related to the management of the procedure, as well as so that the instructor body can obtain the accreditation of being aware of the tax obligations and with the Social Security (in the case of Spanish citizens or foreign citizens residing in Spanish territory, also so that said instructor body can verify the identity data through the Identity Data Verification System, in accordance with the single article of Royal Decree 522/2006, of 28 April).

• Once the application form has been completed in all its sections, it must be confirmed by the representative of the university through one of the following systems: DNI-e/electronic certificate or with agreed keys, which when registering at headquarters will be provided to applicants who do not have an electronic signature.

• The deadline for submitting the candidacies and the corresponding documentation will be until September 6, 2026.

• The documents that must accompany the candidacies will conform to the formats established in Royal Decree 4/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Interoperability Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration, and in its development regulations.

The application must be completed exclusively by the university through the electronic headquarters (sede.educacion.gob.es). Identification with both electronic certificate/ID and user and key is allowed.

The candidacies must necessarily include the average mark of the academic record of the candidate and the average mark of the promotion of the center in which the degree was obtained, calculated as indicated in the call for applications.

In each group of qualifications listed in Annex III, the candidates admitted shall be ranked on the basis of the total score obtained in accordance with the preceding paragraph, expressed in three decimal places. For each group, a prize will be awarded to the candidate who has obtained the highest score.

The jury will verify the correct evaluation of the candidacies and prepare a report that will contain the result of the evaluation made.

The examining body may propose that the award of the prize be declared void when it is justified that the nominations submitted do not meet the requirements set out in paragraph 3 and 9.
