Orden por la que se aprueban las bases reguladoras para la concesión de ayudas, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de la Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología F.S.P., correspondientes a su plan estratégico 2025-2027 y a varios subprogramas del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2024-2027

This draft order aims to regulate the bases for the granting of aid from the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology F.S.P. (FECYT), for the implementation of activities of:

• Promoting Open Science – María de Guzmán Programme
• Promotion of scientific research of excellence – María de Guzmán Programme
• Aid for the Promotion of Scientific, Technological and Innovation Culture
• Fostering the Culture of Public Innovation

The aid covered by these regulatory bases is intended, among other measures:

• Promote and promote scientific research of excellence by promoting the use of multidisciplinary bibliographic reference databases with citations and their own impact that allow an optimal management and measurement of research results within the institutions themselves.
• Promote and promote scientific research of excellence by promoting institutional policies of open science.
• Create, strengthen and ensure the sustainability and technological interoperability of open science digital infrastructures that allow the publication, storage, governance, long-term preservation, access, reuse or measurement of research results.
• Increase the active presence of science and innovation in the daily life of society, promoting its interest in the scientific method and its results, improving its scientific-technical education and promoting its participation in activities of social communication of science.
• Strengthen the institutional capacities of the Spanish science and technology system and public institutions by financing activities to generate, mobilize and take into account relevant scientific knowledge to inform public policies.

The public participation period is open from 00:00 on July 1 to 23:59 on July 22, 2026.
