Real Decreto por el que se regula la concesión directa de la subvención a la Asociación REDINNPULSO - Red de Ciudades de la Ciencia y la Innovación (ARINN)

The purpose of this royal decree is to regulate the direct granting of the grant to the Association RED INNPULSE (ARINN), Network of Cities of Science and Innovation, for operating expenses. Its purpose is to promote innovative actions in the cities of the Network, promote collaboration between municipalities and participation in shared innovative projects, as well as to serve as a channel for the approximation of ministerial policies to the local level, for example, in the field of public purchase of innovation.

The direct concession will be made in accordance with the provisions of articles 22.2.c) and 28 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General of Subsidies, as well as in article 67 of its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of 21 July, which allow, on an exceptional basis, to directly grant subsidies when reasons of public, social, economic or humanitarian interest are proven that make it difficult to call them public.

The information procedure and public hearing will be extended from the 4th to the 24th of March, both inclusive.
