In the field of air transport transformation, this action is proposed as a set of facilitating measures that will help the development of the air transport sector by facilitating its decarbonization, as well as the use of new unmanned vehicles.
In this area, a set of facilitating measures for the transformation of air transport are deployed. These measures are included within the reform measures of the Recovery Plan – component 6, reform 1 – Safe, Sustainable and Connected Mobility Strategy. In particular, the following measures are proposed:
- Deployment of sustainable fuels in aviation (SAF).
- Promotion of the use of drones in the field of competence of MITMA.
- Continue working to flexibilize and expedite the authorizations for the flight of drones.
- Provide tests and trials for innovation projects in the field of drones.
- Plan for the deployment and operation of the common infrastructure for the implementation of U-Space.
- Promote the development of projects for the empowerment of drone use in cities.
