The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and its affiliated agencies and entities are responsible for the design and implementation of "Component 17: “Institutional reform and strengthening of the capacities of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation”.
This Component is structured in 3 reforms and 10 investments and has resources allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (MRR) amounting to 4760 million euros for the period 2020-2026.
