Daniel García González, National Research Award for Young People ‘Matilde Ucelay’ in the area of Engineering and Architecture

Daniel García González has been recognized for the originality and disruptive and interdisciplinary nature of his fundamental contributions in the conceptualization of multifunctional and intelligent materials, as well as his applications in bioengineering.

García is a tenured professor in the Department of Continuous Media Mechanics and Theory of Structures at the Carlos III University of Madrid.
