Marta Martínez Sanz has been recognized for the excellence of her multidisciplinary research that is having an outstanding social and economic relevance from the environmental point of view.
Martínez is a senior scientist with IPOs in the Food Proteins group at the Food Sciences Research Institute (CIAL), a joint CSIC-UAM center.
