RECOGNISED RIGHTS You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing, through the Procedure of exercise of personal data rights (ciencia.sede.gob.es) available in the electronic headquarters of the Ministry. If you believe that your personal data have not been processed in accordance with the regulations, you can contact the Data Protection Delegate or file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
