Partial opening of the electronic headquarters

We inform you that after the investigation that is being carried out jointly with the State Agency of Digital Administration to solve the technical incident that was reported last February 3, all the procedures of the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities are already open and fully operational.
The following procedures are operational within the electronic sub-office of the General Secretariat of Universities:
- Category University degrees:
- Correspondence between Official University Degrees ('pre-Bologna') and MECES levels
- Award of the Degree of Specialist in Health Sciences by way of residence and students
- Registration of Universities, Centers and Degrees (RUCT)
- Application for a certificate accrediting the recognition of the Official Spanish University
- Equivalence of average marks from university studies conducted abroad
- Accreditation of Spanish qualifications in application of Directive 2005/36/EC
2. Category Accreditation and evaluation of research teaching staff:
- Evaluation for the recruitment of university professors (PEP Program)
- ACADEMIA National Accreditation Program for Access to University Teaching Bodies
3. Category Scholarships, grants and awards:
- Aid to research plans in cooperation in artificial intelligence
- Grants to finance institutional support measures for university-level trade unions
- Grants to youth associations and federations and confederations of students and graduates whose field of action is the university
- Young Researchers Contest
- Mobility stays abroad José Castillejo for young doctors
- Stays of teaching staff and/or senior researchers in foreign centres
- National End-of-Career Awards for University Education
The rest of the procedures remain temporarily closed and work is being done to open them as soon as possible. To safeguard the rights and legitimate interests of all affected persons, there will be an extension of all the deadlines of the different procedures affected, in accordance with the provisions of article 32.4 and 5 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, until the complete resolution of the incident occurs, of which due notice will be given through the electronic headquarters and the website of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
