Law 37/2007, of November 16, on the reuse of public sector information, establishes the right of natural or legal persons to request the reuse of administrative documents of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, when by their nature they do not exist in electronic format and in cases where a norm establishes it, in a motivated manner.
The electronic submission for requests for reuse of public information can be made through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
In addition, open data (datos.gob.es) has a mailbox of suggestions, proposals and queries in which you can respond to requests for data that are not currently published in the general catalog. The final objective is that, through the publication of data, it will be possible to expand the catalogue of public information, favoring reuse by future users.
