On the occasion of the works that will be carried out in the Registry Assistance Offices (OAMR) of the Cuzco Ministerial Complex, from July 27, the signature recognition service prior to the legalizations will be temporarily provided in the dependencies of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, located in the same ministerial complex, with access through Panama Street.

We apologize for the possible inconvenience that this temporary transfer may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

Recognition of signatures and withdrawal of credentials

RECOGNITION OF SIGNATURES

The service of recognition of signatures prior to legalizations is served in the offices of the Office of Assistance in Matters of Registration (OAMR) of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, at P.º de la Castellana 162 (28046 Madrid), from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 h. It is recommended to request a Prior Appointment.

REMEMBER:

  • You can only book an appointment for the same ID/Passport/NIE.

  • You can only carry out a maximum of five procedures for the recognition of a signature related to the person cited or represented.

WITHDRAWAL OF CREDENTIALS

The homologation credentials and equivalence certificates are given on the Paseo de la Castellana 162. Those interested should contact the control of access to the building of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
