On the occasion of the works that will be carried out in the Registry Assistance Offices (OAMR) of the Cuzco Ministerial Complex, from July 27, the signature recognition service prior to legalizations and withdrawal of credentials will be temporarily provided in the offices of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, located in the same ministerial complex, with access through Panama Street.

We apologize for the possible inconvenience that this temporary transfer may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

Recognition of signatures and withdrawal of credentials

The service of recognition of signatures prior to legalizations and the delivery of homologation credentials and equivalence certificates is served in the units of the Office of Assistance in Matters of Registration (OAMR) of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, in the P.º de la Castellana 162 (28046 Madrid), with the following times:

  • Withdrawal of homologation credentials and equivalence certificates during the OAMR’s working hours, without the need for an appointment. Please refer to this schedule at the Registry Assistance Office.
  • Recognition of signatures from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 h. It is recommended to request a Prior Appointment.

REMEMBER:

  • You can only book an appointment for the same ID/Passport/NIE.

  • You can only carry out a maximum of five procedures for the recognition of a signature related to the person cited or represented.
