Ayudas para contratos de Personal Técnico y de Gestión de I+D+i 2026

The purpose of this aid is to encourage the hiring of technical and R&D&I management personnel in R&D Centers aimed, on the one hand, at the management of equipment, facilities and other R&D&I infrastructures in order to increase and improve the performance and performance of scientific-technological infrastructures and, on the other, at the support, planning, justification and dynamization of research and transfer activity, including the empowerment of Knowledge Transfer Offices.

It is required to be in possession of any of the following qualifications:

• University degree: Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Architecture, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Diploma, Technical Engineering or Technical Architecture.
• Qualification within the framework of the vocational training of the educational system: Senior Technician.

The participants must be in possession of the degree on the date of completion of the deadline for completing the application form.

Applications for participation are submitted by the R&D centers, including the participants. The selection is based on a competitive concurrence process, the criteria for evaluating the applications being the following:

• Scientific and technical trajectory of the candidate (0-30)
• Impact (0-70).
  • Impact on the scientific activity of the destination centre or on the R&D&I services of the entity (0-50)
  • 2.2. Impact on the training, employability or academic and professional trajectory of the candidate (0-20).
