Personal laboral fijo en los grupos profesionales M3, M2, M1, E2 y E1 sujetos al IV Convenio colectivo único para el personal laboral de la Administración General del Estado

Selective process for admission by free access and access by internal promotion, as permanent labor personnel, to cover 178 places in professional groups M3, M2, M1, E2 and E1 subject to the IV Collective Single Agreement for the labor personnel of the General Administration of the State.

By resolution of July 6, 2026, of the Under-Secretariat, which calls for a selective process for admission, by the general system of free access and internal promotion, as permanent work personnel, to professional groups M3, M2, M1, E2 and E1, subject to the IV Single Collective Agreement for the work personnel of the General Administration of the State, and entrusts the management of the process to the Higher Council of Scientific Research.

Those who wish to participate in these selective tests must complete the official model of application 790, approved by Resolution of October 31, 2019, of the Secretary of State for Public Service.

Applications must be submitted electronically, in accordance with the first additional provision of Royal Decree 203/2021 of 30 March, which approves the regulation on the operation and functioning of the public sector by electronic means, within the term of twenty working days counted from the day following the date of publication of this call in the Official State Gazette.

The submission of applications will be made using the Registration in Processes Selective Tests service of the general access point (https://ips.redsara.es/IPSC/secure/buscarConvocatorias) following the instructions indicated to it, being necessary as a prerequisite for the registration to have a valid digital certificate of natural person, of those included in the “Trusted List of Certification Service Providers” (TSL) established in Spain, (more information in http://firmaelectronica.gob.es and in http://www.dnielectronico.es).

The presentation through this route will allow:

• The online registration of the official model.
• Attach documents to the application.
• The electronic payment of the fees.
• The electronic registration of the application.
• The modification of the registration data made during the registration period.
• The rectification, where appropriate, of the request during the period granted for these purposes, allowing to complete or modify the correctable data that were erroneous, and/or attach through IPS the documentation that is required to legitimise the rectification.
