The objective of this investment is to support the development of companies in the Avant-Garde Health and Aerospace sectors by granting loans for activities such as research, development and innovation (R+D+I), industrial scaling, modernization and technological transformation, thus contributing to its strategic objectives and strengthening competitiveness and innovation in these key sectors for Spain.
PERTE for Avant-garde Health
This component identifies frontline health technologies as a key and strategic area for recovery.
Different actions will be carried out to strengthen scientific, technological and innovation capacities in the health sector. These actions will be aimed at the academic sector, the national health system and companies:
- Line of financing for companies in the field of health. CDTI leadership.
- Risk capital actions in the state-of-the-art PERTE Health. Leadership of CDTI.
- Expansion of research and technological development capacities of the SNS research centers through loans. Leadership of ISCIII.
PERTE Aerospace
This investment will include loans that facilitate actions on Spanish technological and innovative capabilities related to the aerospace field, due to its impact on the economy as a whole and due to the ability to generate knowledge and innovations of application in numerous areas (for example, new materials, sensoric, advanced services that allow other innovations, etc. ).
It proposes a global action on aerospace technologies that are oriented to the green transition, reinforce Spanish capabilities and generate a dragging effect on the entire value chain. In any case, it will be sought that these actions have, at the very least, a neutral impact in environmental terms.
