The Cutting-Edge Health Strategic Program 2025-2027 is an initiative of the Government of Spain — led by the Ministries of Science, Innovation and Universities and Health — designed to give continuity to the general objective of PERTE: to improve population health and generate opportunities for economic and industrial growth in Spain through science, innovation and the application of digital technologies.
This Program was presented by the Council of Ministers on December 16, 2025 and involves continuing to bet on the strategic prioritization of the sector.
