Governance and Transparency

In the area of coordination between the various ministerial departments, the creation of an inter-ministerial working group composed of representatives of all the departments participating in the PERTE is established.

On the other hand, it requires a governance that integrates public-private collaboration, ensures the participation of all relevant actors and guarantees a permanent dialogue, for which the Avant-Garde Health Alliance is created. This Alliance is chaired by the Minister of Science and Innovation and the Minister of Health, and incorporates all the key actors: ministerial departments, funding agencies, Autonomous Communities, patient associations, scientific societies, business associations, and representatives of the field of research and innovation. The objective of this collegiate body is to promote collaborative models that allow the development of highly innovative solutions that guarantee the critical elements of success of the PERTE. The Vice President of the Alliance will be the incumbent of the PERTE Commissioner for Avant-Garde Health.
