LT2.A2.4: Risk capital actions in the PERTE Health of Leading-Coinversiones
The INNVIERTE program is focused on addressing two challenges related to the Spanish innovation system:
- the poor transfer to the productive fabric, through technology-based companies, of the knowledge generated in the research bodies that does not materialize sufficiently in the creation of value despite the investment effort made by Spain in science and knowledge.
- The difficulty of Spanish technological and innovative companies to grow and become relevant players in global markets.
INNVIERTE promotes the creation of a specialized ecosystem that not only covers the financing of the different phases of the life cycle of companies, but also supports their management needs, knowledge of technology and access to international leaders.
The INNVIERTE program has a co-investment initiative open to investors regulated by CNMV (such as venture capital entities and investment companies) although it also contemplates the possibility of supporting professional investors, in which they have space, for example, corporate investors.
