LT5.A4.1: Digital talent
In this action there are two initiatives:
Support program for the attraction of digital talent: Red.es promotes programs of attraction and retention of talent related to technological or scientific fields related to digitalization, and particularly to artificial intelligence. These programs include scholarships or contracts for 48 months, offered by public agencies at the state level, technical, predoctoral or postdoctoral research personnel, as well as technical support personnel linked, with a training plan of 240 ECTS credits.

Spanish Talent Hub in IA (Spain Talent Hub): These grants are intended to promote the consolidation of the professional career of researchers, national and foreign, so that they can develop their professional career within the Spanish System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTI), encouraging the creation of permanent places and facilitating the start or strengthening of a research line through the financing of an own R+D+I project, as well as the adaptation and renovation of spaces and laboratories and the improvement of equipment, necessary for its execution. This call specifically promotes the consolidation of people whose field of research is framed in one of the established strategic themes, artificial intelligence (AI) and microelectronics and semiconductors (Chips).

LT5.A4.2: INVESTIGO programme
It finances the hiring of young researchers in public research bodies, public universities, technology centres and other public and private entities involved in a research project.
