Applications for file management processed by the AEI have changed their access address and can be consulted in Applications for Aid Management (aei.gob.es).

Through this form you can contact us to request exclusively technical assistance from the computer applications of the Ministry made available to users, among others, those related to the electronic submission of applications, to the Unified Registry of Applicants (RUS), or to the Virtual File Folder (CVE).

Requests sent through this form that do not have the purpose of consulting or resolving a technical issue in the aforementioned applications will not be met.

Do not attach administrative documents, or files of type Word (*.docx, *.doc) this form only deals with computer type queries.  

The maximum number of files contributed is two and the maximum size that can support the total of the files contributed is 7Mb.
