The Micro and Nano Manufacturing Infrastructure of the Nanophotonic Technology Center of Valencia (INF-NTC), dependent of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) is a distributed installation of the ICTS MICRONANOFABS together with the Integrated White Room of Micro and Nanofabrication of the National Center of Microelectronics of the Higher Council of Scientific Research (CSIC) and the Central of Technology of the Institute of Opto-electronic Systems of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (CT-ISOM).

The INF-NTC facilities have a complete chain of silicon micro-nanofabrication equipment that allows the processing of both photonic and electronic devices and structures based on this material. In addition, it has a clean room of 500 m2 class 10-100-10000, laboratories and facilities for physical, optical and electrical characterization.
