The node Caléndula is housed in the Supercomputing Center of Castilla y León (SCAYLE).
The main activity of the center is the improvement of research tasks in universities, R&D centers and companies. To this end, innovation actions are promoted and developed in the world of the Knowledge Society, in the area of intensive calculation, communications and advanced services, contributing through technological improvement to the economic development of the Community and to the improvement of the competitiveness of companies.
This supercomputer achieves a calculation capacity of 132 Teraflops.
