Once in the research career, especially in the exact sciences and technical branches, women find themselves in a work environment where they are underrepresented, with a shortage of female referents in positions of relevance and lack of mentoring with a gender perspective.

Support for publications, exhibitions and didactic and informative materials that help reduce the traditional invisibility of women in science and technology.
