Those applicants for accreditation for access to university teaching bodies who, after having claimed the resolution of the ANECA, have received the resolution of the Commission of Claims of Accreditation of Professors of the Council of Universities or has passed the maximum period without being issued and notified, can file a potestative appeal for replacement.
Through this procedure, an authoritative recourse can be filed against the resolutions of the Committee on Claims for Accreditation of Professors of the Council of Universities in the procedure of State accreditation for access to university teaching bodies (professors holding Universities or University professors).
The appeal may be filed by those applicants who have received the decision of the Claims Commission or the maximum period of notification has elapsed.
The presentation of the replenishment resources will be made through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
Access to the procedure will be done with Cl@ve or with user and password for those who do not have an identification document of the DNI or NIE type.
The remedy of reinstatement, which will be assessed and, where appropriate, admitted to the proceedings, will be resolved by the Complaints Commission.
The lapse of the maximum period established without issuing and notifying the resolution will have a dissenting effect.
In case of disagreement with the resolution of the appeal for reconsideration, he may appeal to the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
