The State Plan is the main instrument of the General Administration of the State for the development and achievement of the objectives of the Spanish Strategy of Science and Technology and Innovation (EECTI).
EECTI 2021-2027, in force, is structured into two state plans, State Plan 2021-2023 and State Plan 2024-2027, which is currently being implemented. The plans include state aid for R&D&I that has been carried out since the AGE. A considerable part of this aid is implemented through competitive tender procedures.
