Design is a key lever for innovation and modernisation in the field of Public Administration. The versatility and maturity of design science help to address the challenges faced by Public Administrations.

Administrations are increasingly looking to procure quality products and services that, in addition to fulfilling their intended purpose, have a positive impact on citizens.

The study "Keys to Public Procurement of Design Services" outlines the steps for more successful procurement of design services.
