European Statistics GBARD
Se representan los resultados de la estadística europea de Créditos Públicos Presupuestarios de I+D o GBARD, cuyo objeto es medir la financiación pública de la I+D, siguiendo la Metodología de Eurostat (ec.europa.eu). Financing in R&D is presented disaggregated by public administrations and classified by socio-economic objectives (NABS).
It should be noted that according to the Frascati Manual (oecd.org) only R&D credits are included, so credits intended for innovation are excluded. It also excludes personnel and other current expenses of public financing agents, as well as financial expenses. On the other hand, the estimate of R&D expenditure of the General University Funds (FGU) in the field of CC.AA is included. For more details see the OECD recommendations.
