Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Survey (ETCI)

The first results of the Statistics of Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Indicators (TCI) prepared by the Ministry are presented. The data are related to universities, state and autonomous public research bodies, registered technology centers and health research institutes.

The information is available in different sections according to its content: a) protection of results, b) operating agreements, c) contracts, d) collaboration, e) spin-off and f) time series.

The reports are navigable and have different selection possibilities. Due to the complexity of the information contained, it is advisable to consult the methodological review beforehand.

PCT Patent Indicators

This block presents the results related to patents of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). This treaty establishes an international system for filing a single patent application that allows the protection process to be initiated in multiple member countries.It does not grant a worldwide patent, but initiates an international application process.

The data are presented from the perspective of the applicant and from the perspective of the inventor, disaggregating the information by autonomous community and by type of applicant where possible.
