The balanced presence in all areas and levels of promotion involves working on horizontal and vertical segregation, with special emphasis on the particularities of a professional career in the scientific-academic field, where women are lost as they ascend in the research career.

  • selection courts (composition, biases, evaluation criteria),
  • positive action measures to accelerate a balanced presence in the medium term,
  • composition of research and project leadership teams,
  • gender biases in science funding processes, and
