The purpose of the declaration of equivalence of the average mark of university academic records of studies carried out in foreign centers is to facilitate the issuance of a document of equivalence of the average marks of foreign studies to the corresponding Spaniards so that it can be presented in competitive concurrence procedures in which the average mark is a requirement, merit or element of valuation. (Replaces the previous one managed by ANECA).
It is a free procedure where each user generates his own statement through a note converter that allows to obtain the average grade of foreign university degrees. Therefore, this procedure is not valid for university studies carried out in Spanish institutions.
