Agencies with a Financial Path (OSF)

In its internal organization as an intermediate body, the Undersecretariat for Science and Innovation (SCI) executes the actions approved in the Multiregional Operational Program of Spain (POPE) through two Agencies with Financial Path (OSF):

• General Secretariat for Innovation - General Subdirectorate for the Promotion of Innovation (SGINN-SGFI),
• Directorate General of Research Planning (DGPI), belonging to the Secretary General of Research (SGINV).

Within each OSF, there are different management bodies (GMOs) that are responsible for instructing the procedure through which the aid cofinanced with the ERDF is granted:

• General Subdirectorate of Large Scientific and Technical Installations (SGGICT):
  • Singular Scientific and Technical Infrastructures (ICTS)
  • Major International Scientific and Technological Infrastructures (ESFRI)
  • Scientific and technological infrastructures of the CSIC (CSIC)
• General Subdirectorate of Internationalization of Science and Innovation (SGINCI):
  • LifeWatch ERIC
