The Competency Intelligence Strategy for Higher Education is conceived as a key tool to strengthen the capacity of the Spanish university system to anticipate trends, guide academic planning and respond quickly to social and economic transformations. Its purpose is to ensure greater alignment between the training offer and the competences demanded by the productive fabric and citizenship, reinforcing the role of universities as a driver of innovation and lifelong learning.
This toolkit is made available to all higher education institutions that wish to incorporate it into their analysis, planning and decision-making processes, in order to support the development of a more coherent, dynamic and future-oriented training offer.
