Fertinagro Biotech has been recognized by the jury for its decisive commitment to innovation as the main vector of transformation of the agri-food industry to become an international reference of agro-industrial innovation.
In addition, it highlights its firm commitment to environmental sustainability, being the first Spanish company to have an EPD Process certification to measure its environmental footprint in 2022. The company stands out for its firm commitment to R+D+I, with more than 260 patents registered in 29 countries and an annual consolidated investment year after year in research and technological development, which allows it to anticipate the regulatory and environmental challenges of the sector.
Its innovation department collaborates with more than 120 research centers and universities, developing innovative solutions such as efficient fertilizers, biostimulants and technologies for the fixation of atmospheric nitrogen or valorisation of livestock waste.
