At CIBER, basic and clinical researchers work together to make it easier for laboratory research to reach patients in an agile and safe way, avoiding duplication, achieving agile results and transferring the results of research to industry and society. The ISCIII, as a promoter and majority funding body, exercises the functions of monitoring and controlling all its activities.
