A change in the organizational culture of science and innovation institutions is necessary to create an environment favourable to gender equality and the promotion of women in all spaces. Changing the organizational culture requires having an impact on the practices of the organization and its dynamics, on the awareness of people and on training and gender biases and, above all, on the monitoring of the progress achieved.

Lines of action:

  • commitment and follow-up by the Directorate,
  • action in the face of resistance to equality policies,
  • prevention of sexist attitudes,
  • zero tolerance of sexual and gender-based harassment,
  • training and training in equality adapted to the position,
  • communication and visibility of equality commitments; and
  • Inclusive and non-sexist language.
