Applicants with an approval or declaration of equivalence dossier can receive assistance, by appointment, in case they have any incident during the processing. If the file has been requested to be corrected, you can also be informed about the requirements and documentation necessary to continue with the procedure.

To access this service it is necessary to have initiated an application for approval or declaration of equivalence and indicate the file number (it is a number preceded by the year of submission of the application).

Through the pre-appointment you will be able to book the day and time. Once the appointment is confirmed, a specialized agent will contact you for the telephone assistance of your file.

  • The calls from this service are completely free.
  • The email to make the reservation must be the same as that stated in your request, if it does not correspond, the call will be canceled.
  • In case of cancellation you will receive an email indicating the reason.
  • Only information about the file of the person who has requested the appointment will be given.
