The Publications Centre is responsible for coordinating the Ministry ' s editorial activities, as well as collaborating in the design and implementation of planned official publications.
All official publications that are published in the Ministry must be registered in the Editorial Program, which is annual, and must be approved by the head of the Department.
The editorial action of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities is carried out through the following editorial units:
- The Higher Council of Scientific Research (CSIC), which, at the same time as its own, includes the editorial activity of the Spanish Geographical and Mining Institute (IGME), the National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and Technology (INIA) and the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO)
- The Centre for Energy, Environmental and Technological Research (CIEMAT)
- The Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII)
- The Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI)
- The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT)
- Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE)
- National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA)
- Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP)
- The Technical General Secretariat, which coordinates, as well as its own, the editorial activity of the Secretary of State , the General Secretariat of Research, the General Secretariat of Innovation , the General Secretariat of Universities , and the General Directorate of Planning, Coordination and Knowledge Transfer.
