The functions of guidance, evaluation, certification and accreditation of the merits of applicants to the teaching bodies of officials (chair and title) correspond to the National Agency for Quality Evaluation and Accreditation (ANECA).
The ACADEMIA program evaluates the merits of research, teaching, transfer and management to obtain accreditation for access to the teaching bodies of University Holder and University Professors.
Claims may be filed against the resolutions of the National Agency for Quality Evaluation and Accreditation (ANECA) on applications for accreditation for access to university teaching bodies (university professors and university professors). In case of disagreement with the outcome of the claim, it may also file a remedy of reconsideration through the electronic office of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, or be appealed directly to the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
