Jaime Hayon, a multifaceted creator, has played very different roles within the international art and design scene. His creative repertoire ranges from the design of furniture and exclusive objects, interior design of hotels and restaurants, and production of artistic works. Throughout his more than 20 years of career, Hayon has become one of the most acclaimed designers worldwide. Hayon’s design features have a lot to do with his cross-sectional concept. It is a champion of artisanal processes and the presence of the human factor in each piece. He has developed furniture and products for Fritz Hansen, Magis, BD Barcelona, Viccarbe, Expormin and Cassina, Parachilna, Wittmann and &tradition and ceramics for the Portuguese house Vista Alegre, the Valencian Lladró, the Italian Bosa. His artistic creations have been presented in prestigious international museums and galleries such as the Groninger Museum in Holland or the Daelim Museum in Seoul. Time magazine considers him one of the most influential designers of our time.
