The homologation qualifies for the exercise of a regulated profession in Spain.
The regulated professions in Spain are established according to the Annex of Royal Decree 889/2022 (boe.es), of October 18.

Sometimes the nomenclature of foreign qualifications does not correspond to the Spanish one. Check that your qualification corresponds to one of the professions regulated to be approved in the Annex of Royal Decree 889/2022 (boe.es).
If your profession is not on the list or does not coincide with any of the regulated professions in Spain, you will not be able to opt for homologation. However, you will be able to apply for the Declaration of Equivalence.
The application procedure is processed exclusively through the electronic office.
