General information and incidents
Through this general information service you can contact us to request information, raise your doubts or transfer incidents on the different matters that are within the competence of this Ministry.
Two channels of general information are offered, through written forms and telephone support.
In no case will this service offer specific information on the files under processing, this information can only be provided by the management unit to the persons who have the status of interested in each procedure.
Telephone attention
The telephone information service is provided through the telephone number 060 for calls from Spain. Each call to the phone 060 has a fixed cost, of a call of 1 minute, regardless of its duration:
- from a landline phone (same cost as a national call)
- from a mobile phone (from a mobile call to a national landline number)
If you are abroad and wish to contact us, you can do so by calling the telephone number +34 902 887 060. The cost of the call is that of a number 902.
